Your entry will stay in the Business Data Base for 6 month. For updating we’ll
send a reminder.
Why my address and website info don't
appear?
The principle of the Business Portal is to be obtained only for respectable
Businesses partners. That protects the participants forwards spam mails dubious
inquiries etc.. For the switching Africo requires a minimum fee of 0,80 € per
contact of the interested partner.
Does my entry appear also in English
language?
No, that is at present not yet possible, but however it’s prepared for the
future.
Why I couldn’t find the English part of
the "worldwide Database"?
This part aims at German companies, the switching of international companies
among themselves in English language is in preparation.
Do Africo mediate against commission
business?
Generally no. Africo obtain over the Business-portal contacts of business to
initiate:
a.) in the "worldwide data base",
b.) in the data base "Data base Germany"
Suggestions which guarantee that a contingent fee is examinably ensured, we
expect gladly. Naturally also all other different and respectable co-operation
suggestions.
"What is the Product
Forum and is there an offer with my product’s pictures free of charge?"
The product forum is the
international "fair and exhibitions part" of the
Business-portal for Germany in the web. Here your company can offer in detail
their products and services with pictures and text.
The page, created in german language will stay in the product forum then for a
time of 3 months. Over 5.000 interested firm visitors daily see your offer and
they can contact by mail.
“How much is our own firm side in the product forum?“
Your own firm side in the product forum will be realized to a fixed
price of 120 € / for 3 month. Further costs do not result. Payment in
advance after receipt of our confirmation of your order and invoice.
“How does our company’s offer come into the product forum?“
Africo arranges and hosts for it’s clients this side. You provide your
texts in your language according to the given pattern and provide us with your
pictures.
"Is it possible that my offer appear also in English and German
language and are there more costs for it?"
The product forum side can be provided, when desired also in 2 languages. That
does’nt cost anything extra.
"When and in which form do I get the
contacts from the address data bank to German companies?"
After receipt of payment on our account You’ll get within approx. 3 days the
ordered address records as pdf files by email dispatched.
"I cannot open the appendix to my
order Proforma Invoice/Data records."

"Have all data records inside an email
address?"
No, not all of the listed companies possess or do not indicate its email address.
They would like to be rather contacted by fax or letter post. However have
approx.. 75 % of all data records an mail address and/or an website information.
"Which advantages pure email lists
have?"
These lists contain only the mail addresses (no postal address, telephone or fax
numbers) of companies, which You will achieve with "bulk mails" as
Your marketing instrument. Here the quantity is an important fact and certainly
the target group’s width.
"Which advantages pure
Adressen/Tel/Fax lists offer?"
These lists are suitable at the best for direct advertising Printmail sending,
telephone and fax selling actions. They are in additional the best and most
fine-sorted lists with the optimal
quantity of possible business partners.
"I can’t find for my trade group no
exactly fitting group of companies?"
Look for your possible business partners in several trade groups and company’s
activities and/or in superordinate lists. If you have special desires send a
e-mail to our web service team. We submit suggestions gladly free of charge.
"I would like to have a look at the
data records before I order."
Please unterstand that this isn’t possible due to our business interest as
mediators.
"May I use the data records, like with
other offerers only to contact 1 Mailing action?"
No, the data records of Africo perfectly change into your possession and
therefore you are allowed to use them again and again. Because the old marketing
principle applies more than ever: "Only repeated mailing leads to a good
success". This rule and the best possibilty of doing it, Africo gives to
its customers.
"The
invoice’s amount it is so small that a payment is too expensive in euro (€)
to a European bank?"
Please note: With a professional wide spreadmarketing-selection this question
does not arise. Because marketing-professionals are always looking for the
maximum of possible addresses . In other cases please ask us before launch a
minimum order from overseas.
We accept the transmittal of euro or dollar notes in exceptional cases also by
letter post.
Course and handling fee: To max. 50 euro (€) 1 euro = 2 US$
Please inquire the appropriate postal address for this form of the
payment.
"Can I make payments also in US$ by
bank or also with cheque?"
No, we accept only free of charges bank credit transfers in euro (€).
"I want to pay with credit card, which
of Africo accept?"
We don't accept any credit card, for our business is a Business to Business
relationship, which is working on the international business modalities of (pro
forma -) invoice, payment and supply. Based and trusted on the traditional
business men’s honour with all our partners.
Important note!
"What happens, if a customer does not pay an Africo S.AR.L’s invoice to
his order?"
We generally ask our
customers to inform us urgently about payment problems and let’s try to find
together a good solution.
Legal
operational sequence of the reminding and incasso procedure of Africo S.A.R.L:
With ordering and accepting our Terms of
Business you
have closed an internationally legal contract with the Africo S.A.R.L.
We will use all means that the orderer fulfills the contract with the payment of
the invoice.
A date limit for payment of 30 days is granted.
The orderer receives 1 REMINDER after 30 days.
Afterwards we seize the measures specified under point
10 of "Terms of Payment" .
In particular we exclude the debtor of our Business portal.
In addition we publish the company's full name and address on the Black
List and Africo will inform all other business partners and authorities
of the appropriate country.
Further legal steps are undertaken in the context of the WTA Den Haag and the
debtor's demand is surrendered to an International Incasso
office.
